Cook Positions – Job DescriptionPosition Summary

We are seeking dependable, experienced cooks to join our culinary team. We are hiring for Banquet Cooks, Lounge Cooks, and Prep Cooks. Candidates should be passionate about food quality, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and committed to maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness.

Requirements

  • Valid Food Handler Certification (required)
  • Previous cooking or food preparation experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

Banquet CookResponsibilities
  • Prepare and cook food for banquets, weddings, conferences, and special events.
  • Follow banquet event orders (BEOs) and recipes to ensure consistency.
  • Set up and stock banquet cooking stations before events.
  • Prepare food in large quantities while maintaining quality and presentation.
