Event Bartender
Upland Brewing - Jeffersonville is looking for event bartenders to join our team at The Jefferson Wedding Venue. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and reliable. The job of the event bartending staff is to help make provide an above and beyond experience for our guests at The Jefferson. Weekend availability is a must; but we will provide a flexible schedule!
Responsibilities
  • Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages
  • Interact with customers and serve drinks
  • Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
  • Check customer's identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
  • Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
  • Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Qualifications
  • Proven working experience as a bartender
  • Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
  • Knowledge of a second language will be considered a plus
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
