Job Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and execution-focused Social Media, Content and Paid Ads Specialist to lead content creation, storytelling, and paid social media efforts across the MAF Hospitality brand portfolios (Folino Estate, Vintner's Table, Vintner's Inn and Andrea Folino Boutique). This role is ideal for someone who can both create compelling content and strategically promote it to drive visibility, engagement, leads, and investor awareness.

The ideal candidate is comfortable operating independently, traveling to locations for on-site content capture, and turning everyday business activity into engaging brand storytelling. This role combines organic social media management, short-form video production, paid Meta advertising, and performance reporting.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Meta Ads Manager
  • Experience shooting and editing short-form video content for social media
  • Proficiency with content editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms
  • Ability to balance creativity with performance-driven marketing goals
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
  • Comfortable working on-site and traveling between locations as needed
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Duties and Responsibilities

Content Creation & Social Media Management

  • Create, schedule, publish, and promote content across Instagram and Facebook
  • Repurpose content for LinkedIn with a focus on professional storytelling and investor-facing messaging
  • Develop engaging content that supports brand growth, expansion announcements, company milestones, and the broader vision
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels
  • Plan and execute content calendars aligned with company priorities and campaigns

Photo & Video Production

  • Capture on-site short-form video and photography at MAF locations and events
  • Edit and produce high-quality reels, short videos, photos, and promotional content optimized for social platforms
  • Travel regularly to various locations for content shoots and campaign coverage
  • Stay current with social media trends, formats, and platform best practices

Paid Social Media Advertising

  • Manage Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
  • Boost high-performing organic content to increase reach and engagement
  • Build and optimize retargeting campaigns
  • Run lead-generation campaigns for events, weddings, and other business initiatives
  • Monitor ad performance and optimize for cost per result, lead quality, and ROI

Community Engagement

  • Provide light community management support by responding to comments and direct messages
  • Escalate customer service or sensitive inquiries to leadership when necessary
  • Help maintain positive brand engagement and audience interaction

Reporting & Analytics

  • Deliver weekly reporting on:
  • Content performance
  • Engagement metrics
  • Ad spend and campaign results

Environmental/Physical Requirements

  • Standing for long periods of time
