Motor Coach Bus Driver – Wedding & Event Chauffeuring
Part-Time (with clear path to Full-Time) | $35 per hour

We are a premier wedding, event planning, and professional chauffeuring company in the Greater Philadelphia area seeking an experienced Motor Coach Bus Driver to join our growing team. We provide luxury transportation for weddings, corporate events, group tours, concerts, and high-end private charters. Our clients expect flawless service, punctuality, and the highest level of professionalism.

Position Overview

As a Motor Coach Bus Driver, you will safely transport wedding parties, event guests, and corporate groups in our modern luxury motor coaches. This is a highly visible, client-facing role where your driving skills, appearance, and demeanor directly reflect our company’s reputation for excellence. The position starts as part-time with frequent weekend and evening availability required, with strong potential to transition quickly into full-time based on performance.

Compensation
  • $35 per hour (paid per trip + any waiting/standby time)

  • Overtime opportunities on longer charters

  • Tips and performance bonuses

  • Potential full-time conversion with benefits within 3–6 months for top performers

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely operate 40–56 passenger luxury motor coaches for weddings, events, and private charters

  • Provide exceptional customer service to brides, grooms, guests, and corporate clients

  • Maintain a clean, professional appearance and positive attitude at all times

  • Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections

  • Ensure timely arrivals and smooth group boarding/unloading

  • Adhere to all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety protocols

  • Assist with light luggage handling when needed

  • Represent the company with integrity and professionalism

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years recent experience driving motor coaches (essential)

  • Prior training or experience with KrapfGreyhound Academy, or equivalent professional motor coach programs strongly preferred

  • Valid Class A or B CDL with Passenger (P) endorsement and Air Brake endorsement

  • Clean driving record and current medical card (DOT physical)

  • Excellent customer service skills and a polished, professional demeanor

  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight trips

  • Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded

  • Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
