Wedgewood Weddings in Temecula, CA is hiring! We're looking for friendly, outgoing people to be the first point of SALES contact for our brides/grooms, event clients, & party planners. Qualified candidates must have a warm personality, the love of sales, superior listening skills, & the ability to befriend anyone over the phone. If you're looking for a fun, fast-paced sales position and have exceptional organization, the ability to multitask, & excellent computer skills, you'll be a great fit!

Remember, we work when our clients and guests play, so weekend, early evening, & holiday availability are mandatory.

We're open 7 days a week until 7:00 pm, and shift times vary. All candidates must have open availability!

Here's a quick overview of the basic responsibilities:

~ Positively represent the Wedgewood Weddings brand!

~ Answer incoming calls & explain our locations, services, & pricing.

~ Generate excitement for our brides & really SELL the personal consultation at our venues.

~ Respond to all inquiries in a timely manner.

~ Make follow-up calls & send follow-up emails/texts.

~ Schedule appointments for couples to tour our locations.

Requirements:

1) A high level of computer literacy and knowledge. Familiarity with the entire Microsoft Office family is extremely handy, experience with Salesforce is a plus. Amazing verbal & written communication skills are a must!

2) The ability to work quickly, accurately, & accomplish multiple tasks simultaneously. For example, you'll be speaking with brides to understand their vision while navigating through multiple screens, answering all pertinent questions, & collecting event details at the same time. This should sound exciting & challenging to you! We work under pressure & we thrive on it -- you should too!

3) Sales skills are important in this position because you will be the voice of the company. We're the first interaction a couple has with Wedgewood Weddings & we need to make a lasting first impression!

4) A consistently positive attitude & the ability to adapt to change in workplace policies & culture.
