  • Ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy across all recruiting systems
  • Implement streamlined, tech-enabled workflows to reduce friction and manual work

Events & Logistics
  • Oversee planning and execution of recruiting events and career fairs
  • Manage logistics, materials, and vendor coordination to ensure operational readiness

Compliance & Data Privacy
  • Ensure adherence to recruiting policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards
  • Maintain the integrity, security, and proper handling of candidate data across systems and vendors
  • Partner with Legal, HR, and IT to support compliant and privacy-aligned recruiting processes

Qualifications
Required
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10+ years professional experience post academics
  • You have experience managing a team in recruiting operations, HR operations, or a coordination-heavy function.
  • You bring proven leadership skills and know how to coach, motivate, and develop people.
  • You excel at organization, prioritization, and problem-solving.
  • You bring expertise in leveraging and optimizing ATS or scheduling platforms.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

What Success Looks Like

  • Your team consistently meets or exceeds key performance metrics.
  • Candidates feel informed, supported, and valued.
  • Interviewer load is balanced, predictable, and proactively adjusted as hiring needs evolve.
  • Recruiting events run smoothly with minimal last-minute issues.
