Job Description;

  • Report to Operations Manager
  • Ensure efficient and safe work environment
  • Provide work direction and support to the mechanics and maintenance staff
  • Source and order parts as required
  • Maintain stock on critical components
  • Track supply and material inventories
  • Document and organize equipment and maintenance information
  • Manage preventative maintenance program/schedule along with defect list for a fleet of equipment
  • Schedule equipment for maintenance and liaise with operation management team
  • Source and schedule outside service providers as required
  • Maintain annual inspections and warranty information
  • Generate cost and equipment health reports
  • Ship and receive parts/tool

Requirements / Preferred Qualifications


  • Minimum 5 years experience in parts/service, maintenance management (leadership experience recommended)
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Excel and Fleet Management Softwares
  • Requires critical thinking, problem solving, organizational and communication skills
  • Good time management skills
  • Excellent customer service and negotiation skills
  • Able to work in a fast passed and changing environment (priorities change based on operational needs)
  • Requires open mindedness, ambition, accountability and transparency
  • Valid drivers license
  • Experience with Fleetsoft is an asset
