Senior Marketing Web Developer

Invicti Security

Boston, MA

Full-time

Medical, Dental, Vision, Retirement, PTO

Posted 8 days ago

Job description

Who We are:
Invicti Security helps more than 4,000 organizations worldwide secure web applications and APIs with the industry's most accurate application security platform, powered by 20 years of technology leadership in DAST. Combining proof-based testing, runtime intelligence, and continuous innovation, Invicti enables AppSec teams to identify real risk, reduce alert noise, and ship secure software faster.

Who You Are:
We are looking for an AI-first, Senior Marketing Web Developer to own our marketing website - you understand not just the code behind it, but how it operates, how it performs, and how it's coordinated across teams. This is a hybrid role: hands-on management of our web platform, fluent in the broader marketing tech and web stack, and comfortable being the single point of accountability for a site that drives critical pipeline.

You'll employ your expert communication skills to problem-solve and translate project needs and solutions between technical, operations, and marketing stakeholders. Your time will be spent building and maintaining site infrastructure, and managing the day-to-day operations of the website as a shared asset across marketing, operations, design, and demand generation.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Website build and maintenance: Design, build, and maintain marketing website pages and components in Webflow (or a comparable visual-development platform), balancing speed with a maintainable, scalable structure.
  • Operations and coordination: Act as the central owner of the website - triaging requests, setting priorities, and coordinating with design, content, demand gen, and engineering so changes ship without stepping on each other.
  • Tooling and integrations: Manage the web stack: CMS, forms, tag management, marketing automation, and third-party integrations, keeping the pipeline between the website and downstream systems (CRM, marketing automation) clean and reliable.
  • Analytics and funnel optimization: Track site performance, conversion, and funnel drop-off using web analytics tools; turn findings into a prioritized, evidence-backed roadmap of experiments and fixes.
  • Growth and lead acquisition: Partner with growth marketing on conversion paths that support lead acquisition - treating the site as a growth channel, not a static brochure.
  • AI-assisted workflows: Use AI tools where they genuinely speed up the work - for example, content variations, QA, personalization, or reporting - and know when a manual, evidence-based approach is the better call.
  • Communication: Keep stakeholders informed on the roadmap, tradeoffs, and status without needing to be asked; be the person others go to for "what's the state of the website."
  • Taking on evolving duties and special projects that align with the shifting priorities of the Marketing Department

Requirements

What You Will Need:

  • 3 to 5 years of web flow experience with a track record of building and maintaining production marketing sites.
  • Experience owning a website's operations, not just its code - prioritizing requests, coordinating stakeholders, and being accountable for the site as a whole.
  • Working knowledge of the broader web stack: CMS platforms, tag management, forms, and integrations between the website and marketing/sales tools.
  • Comfort with web analytics tools (e.g., GA4, and similar) and using data to diagnose funnel issues and prioritize fixes.
  • Direct experience with marketing websites in a growth or lead-acquisition context - you understand how site structure and content connect to the pipeline.
  • Practical experience applying AI tools to real web workflows, with a clear sense of where they add value and where they don't.
  • Strong written and verbal communication - you can explain technical material to a non-technical stakeholder and vice versa.

Technical Requirements:

  • Webflow and WordPress Experience; good knowledge of CSS/HTML/JS
  • Experience managing client-side and server-side aspects of web applications
  • Tag management (Google Tag Manager) and Website Performance (GA4, Hotjar)
  • Marketing automation/CRM integrations (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce) including forms, lead-routing logic and API and 3rd party integrations
  • Git or similar version control and workflow platform
  • Basic understanding of back-end/framework management and application-level code and database design and development
