Job Summary:

At MGX, Marketing helps shape how our company is seen in the marketplace, supporting growth initiatives, and strengthening connections with customers, suppliers, and employees. This is a hands-on role that is very involved in both the marketing and sales funnels.

As the Marketing & Communications Manager, you will help create and execute our marketing and communications strategy, helping translate business objectives into measurable marketing programs that generate awareness, create demand, and support revenue growth. You will serve as the voice of the MGX brand, leading both external marketing efforts and internal communications that keep employees informed and engaged.

This is a highly visible individual contributor role that partners closely with senior leadership, Sales, and Customer Success to strengthen our market presence, drive qualified leads, and support company-wide initiatives. You'll have the opportunity to influence strategy, bring creative ideas to life, and directly connect marketing efforts to business results.

Success of this role will be measured by:

  • Building strong partnerships with Sales and Customer Success, making marketing an integral part of the revenue generation process.
  • Delivering creative, compelling content and tools that help our teams attract, win, and retain customers.
  • Establishing clear connections between marketing activity and business outcomes, including marketing-qualified leads (MQLs), sales-qualified leads (SQLs), customer engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Strengthen MGX's brand awareness and reputation across the beverage alcohol industry.
  • Effectively manage budgets and resources while delivering measurable return on investment.


How You Will Make An Impact

  • Brand Stewardship: Maintain and strengthen the MGX brand across all internal and external communications, ensuring a consistent voice and message in the marketplace.
  • Sales Enablement & Growth: Develop marketing programs, content, and materials that support business growth and work closely with Sales and Customer Success to achieve their goals.
  • Digital Presence: Manage MGX's website, digital channels, and marketing communications to keep content current, engaging, and aligned with business priorities.
  • Excellent Communications: Create engaging presentations, reports, and communication materials for leadership, customers, suppliers, and employees.
  • Employee & Company Messaging: In partnership with Human Resources, lead communication efforts for strategic company initiatives, organizational updates, and key business announcements.
  • External Partnerships: Manage relationships with marketing agencies, consultants, and other vendors to ensure projects are delivered effectively and within budget.
  • Marketing Technology: Own HubSpot and other marketing platforms used to generate, manage, and nurture leads.
  • Performance & Insights: Measure marketing effectiveness, track key metrics, and provide insights that connect marketing activity to business results.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a major or minor in Marketing
  • Experience of 7+ years in integrated marketing and communications responsibilities
  • Proven expertise in digital marketing tools including basic AI proficiency.
  • Required experience with CRM platforms, specifically HubSpot.
  • Strong written, speaking, listening and presentation experience and skills
  • Expertise in website management
  • Previous experience preferred with event management
  • Financial fluency and ability to coordinate expenses and budgets
  • Branding / design skills are a plus.
  • Ability to manage external resources and stakeholders.
