DentalQore is looking for an experienced SDR Manager to lead and develop our appointment-setting team.

You will oversee hiring, onboarding, coaching, and day-to-day performance for a team of 10–20 Sales Development Representatives. Your goal will be to build a well-trained and consistently performing team that generates qualified opportunities for our sales representatives.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You will listen to calls, lead coaching conversations and role-plays, review performance data, and work directly with representatives to improve their results. We are looking for someone who wants to lead from inside the operation, not solely from a dashboard.

• Build and maintain a strong hiring pipeline to keep the team fully staffed with qualified representatives
• Interview, onboard, train, and develop new SDRs
• Provide ongoing coaching on call quality, qualification, objection handling, and appointment setting
• Listen to live and recorded calls and provide clear, actionable feedback
• Lead regular role-plays and skill-development exercises
• Establish clear performance expectations and hold team members accountable fairly and consistently
• Track results across the SDR funnel, including activity, appointments, show rate, qualification, sales acceptance, and downstream conversion
• Identify performance gaps and create focused coaching or improvement plans
• Partner with the Director of Sales to improve opportunity quality and alignment between the SDR and sales teams
• Build and refine scripts, processes, training materials, and performance standards
• Create a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, collaboration, and healthy competition

We are looking for someone who is:

• Comfortable working directly with representatives on calls, scripts, and role-plays
• Clear and consistent when communicating expectations
• Confident addressing performance concerns and holding people accountable
• Skilled at identifying the cause of a performance gap and turning it into practical coaching
• Organized and able to manage hiring, training, coaching, and daily operations
• Focused on appointment quality as well as volume
• Collaborative, adaptable, and motivated by measurable improvement

• Experience managing SDRs, appointment setters, inside sales representatives, or a similar outbound team is required
• Demonstrated success improving individual and team performance through hands-on coaching
• Experience hiring, onboarding, training, and developing sales employees
• Strong understanding of outbound calling, qualification, objection handling, and appointment-setting fundamentals
• Experience using CRM data, call recordings, and performance reports to guide decisions
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Experience developing scripts, training materials, or coaching programs is preferred
• Experience in dental, healthcare, digital marketing, or another service-based sales environment is helpful but not required
• Full-time, in-office attendance in American Fork, Utah is required
