Job Description

The ideal candidate will assist in all areas of marketing lead generation and marketing support. They will be comfortable in maintaining various marketing campaigns and have a creative skillset which enables them to brainstorm new initiatives.

  • Support franchisees in executing marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice across all channels.
  • Assist in planning and tracking national/local campaigns.
  • Create content for social media, blogs, and websites.
  • Develop marketing materials for franchisees.
  • Coordinate with vendors and partners for initiatives.
  • Assist in planning brand events and sponsorships.
  • Track marketing performance and suggest improvements.
  • Train franchisees on marketing best practices.
  • Ensure marketing compliance with brand guidelines.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years' experience in marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of all social networking platforms and email marketing tools
  • Strong knowledge of CRM management, campaign execution, lead generation, tracking KPI's 
  • Experience with website management, SEO strategy, email marketing, and marketing automation platforms is strongly preferred. CRM experience is required, with HubSpot experience preferred. Candidates should be comfortable analyzing campaign results, identifying opportunities for improvement, and making data-driven marketing recommendations
