About the Opportunity

We're looking for a strategic, hands-on Marketing Manager to lead and grow our marketing function across multiple operating companies.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing strategy with execution. As a working manager, you'll partner directly with executive leadership to develop and execute marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and drive measurable business growth.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals and revenue objectives.
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives including website management, SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads and measurable ROI.
  • Partner with executive leadership, sales, and operations to align marketing initiatives with organizational priorities.
  • Manage relationships with external marketing agencies, creative partners, media vendors, photographers, videographers, and other service providers.
  • Oversee company websites, digital content, marketing collateral, and brand standards.
  • Monitor marketing performance through analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets while maximizing return on investment.
  • Coordinate community events, sponsorships, networking opportunities, trade shows, and public relations efforts.
  • Build scalable marketing processes and best practices that support continued organizational growth.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.
  • Five (5) or more years of progressive marketing experience.
  • Experience developing and executing integrated marketing strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, CRM platforms, Google Analytics, and website content management systems.
  • Experience managing marketing agencies, vendors, and external partners.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience supporting multiple brands or business units is a plus.
