Job Description:

Turning Point USA is seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Copywriter to join our Digital Marketing team. This role is responsible for developing, editing, and optimizing copy across a variety of marketing channels, including email marketing, websites, landing pages, digital advertisements, video scripts, fundraising campaigns, and event promotions.

The ideal candidate is a strong writer and editor who understands how to craft compelling messaging that inspires action. This individual will play a key role in strengthening TPUSA's brand voice, improving campaign performance, and ensuring consistency across marketing communications. The Marketing Copywriter will collaborate with departments across the organization to refine messaging, improve content quality, and support strategic marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Write compelling copy for email campaigns, websites, landing pages, digital advertisements, and event promotions.
  • Review and edit email marketing requests submitted by departments across the organization to improve clarity, structure, formatting, brand alignment, and performance.
  • Edit and optimize content for TPUSA's Live Feed and other editorial properties.
  • Maintain and strengthen TPUSA's brand voice across all marketing channels.
  • Assist in developing brand voice guides, messaging frameworks, and copy standards for departments, initiatives, and audiences across the organization.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, media, and departmental stakeholders to develop effective campaign messaging.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of professional copywriting, content marketing, communications, or related experience.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills.
  • Experience writing marketing copy for email, web, digital advertising, fundraising, or promotional campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of persuasive writing principles and audience engagement strategies.
  • Familiarity with our brand and mission.
  • Knowledge of TPUSA's media presence and audience.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Passion for conservative ideas and principles.
  • Extremely strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in political, advocacy, nonprofit, or mission-driven organizations.
  • Experience developing brand voice guides, editorial standards, or messaging frameworks.
