Job description

Rezult Group continues to make great strides toward enhancing the technology services community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently we are searching for a Jr. - Mid. Level Software Engineer to fulfill an immediate full-time vacancy.

This position is a Full-Time, Direct Hire position that is hybrid based in Birmingham, Alabama. Sponsorship not provided, no 3rd party applicants please.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enhance enterprise applications supporting critical business operations.
  • Contribute to new application initiatives, enhancements, and feature development across multiple technology platforms.
  • Develop application integrations and APIs connecting enterprise systems and business applications.
  • Participate in Agile development activities, requirements discussions, technical planning, development, testing, and implementation.
  • Work directly with Product Owners, business stakeholders, QA, and technical teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot, enhance, and maintain existing applications while contributing to new development initiatives.

Position Requirements:

  • 3+ years of full-stack software development experience with Java or C#, modern JavaScript, and SQL.
  • Experience with APIs, integrations, and enterprise application development.
  • Strong communication skills and experience working directly with business stakeholders during requirements gathering.
  • Experience working with enterprise applications, ERP systems, cloud platforms, or other complex business technology environments.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with complex business applications or enterprise systems is a plus.
