We are seeking a Full Stack .NET Developer to join our team. This role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining full stack enterprise applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies. The ideal candidate will have experience in React, .NET C#, SQL Server, API development, and enterprise application architecture, along with a passion for building scalable, high-quality software solutions.

Job Title:Full Stack .NET Developer
Location: Lansing, MI (Hybrid – Onsite 2 days/week, no remote option)
Duration: 1 Year Contract (with possible extension)
 

Job Description:
  • Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using React, .NET C#, and SQL Server.
  • Build and consume RESTful APIs and implement server-side business logic.
  • Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end components using React.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, designers, and QA.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
  • Participate in in-person interviews and work onsite from day one as part of a hybrid schedule.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in full stack application development.
  • 3+ years of strong hands-on experience with React for front-end development.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with .NET C#, including API and server-side development.
  • 5+ years of experience working with SQL Server.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work onsite and attend in-person interviews (mandatory).
