Job Description:
  • Develop, maintain, and support websites and digital content using HubSpot CMS.
  • Create custom HubSpot Themes, Templates, Landing Pages, Blog Templates, and Modules.
  • Work with designers and project managers to develop marketing-optimized web content.
  • Troubleshoot website bugs, defects, responsiveness, browser compatibility, and performance issues.
  • Provide day-to-day administration, maintenance, and technical support for the HubSpot CMS platform.
  • Support marketing and sales teams with HubSpot platform usage and best practices.
  • Implement SEO strategies including keyword research, content strategy, link building, competitive analysis, and organic traffic optimization.
  • Collaborate with IT, marketing, and business leadership and provide regular project status updates.
  • Develop scalable and sustainable solutions using logic, data, and best development practices.
  • Manage multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Requirement:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience as a CMS Designer/Developer.
  • Strong experience with HubSpot CMS and website content management.
  • Hands-on experience creating custom HubSpot Themes, Templates, and Modules.
  • Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and HubL.
  • Experience with JavaScript and HubDB.
  • Experience with HubSpot APIs and Custom Objects is a plus.
  • Knowledge of website architecture, wireframing, SEO, SEM, and digital marketing.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
