Job Summary
The Office of Student Career Advancement and Success (OSCAS) seeks a talented, energetic, and reliable student for a communication-oriented position beginning Fall 2026. This is an on-campus, part-time job opportunity.
Responsibilities*
  • Create marketing materials for OSCAS events and services
  • Promote and market events using multiple outlets including Handshake, social media, and the university website
  • Assist career development service committee (CDSC) staff with events/programs
  • Write articles for website material, newsletter content, or other uses
  • Enter job/internship postings into online database for all students to browse
  • Use Microsoft Excel to compile data
  • Assists with the collection of surveys, opinion polls or questionnaire data
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications*
  • Currently enrolled UM-Flint student
  • Work-Study Awarded
  • Able to work both independently and with a team
  • Quick Learner
  • Self-Motivated
