Job Summary:
At Palmetto Care Center, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Activities Assistant CNA to join our team in Hialeah, FL. As an Activities Assistant CNA, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents by planning and implementing activities that promote their physical, emotional, and social well-being. Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and implement recreational and therapeutic activities for residents, including games, arts and crafts, music, and entertainment
  • Monitor resident participation and provide one-on-one support as needed
  • Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Maintain accurate records of activities and resident participation
  • Communicate with family members and staff to ensure seamless care and support
  • Activities Assistant CNA duties include assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as providing basic care and support

Requirements:
  • Part-time schedule, working weekends (10a-6:30p)
  • Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with a current certification
