Job Title: Web Design & SEO SpecialistJob Description

The Web Design & SEO Specialist leads the creation, optimization, and maintenance of a large ecosystem of company websites within a fast-growing security technology organization. This role is ideal for a designer who is equally strong in web layout, SEO strategy, and graphic design. You will own a network of 1,000+ domains, shaping both digital presence and visual identity while collaborating closely with marketing leadership. In addition to web and digital design, you will support occasional physical design projects such as booth and cabinet layouts, contributing to cohesive branding across online and offline channels. This is a hands-on, full-time, onsite position based in Jupiter, FL.

Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and update websites across a large network of more than 1,000 domains, ensuring consistent branding and high-quality visual standards.
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies, including keyword research, metadata optimization, ranking tactics, and ongoing site performance improvements.
  • Publish and maintain web content, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with brand voice and marketing objectives.
  • Create and manage digital graphic assets for use across websites, marketing campaigns, and other digital channels.
  • Optimize site structure, layout, and user experience to improve engagement, conversions, and search engine visibility.
  • Monitor website performance and SEO metrics, identify issues, and implement data-driven improvements to rankings and load times.
  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Marketing and broader marketing team to align web and design initiatives with overall brand strategy.
  • Support physical design needs such as booth layouts, cabinet graphics, and other print or environmental design assets as required.
  • Maintain consistency and attention to detail across a high volume of web pages, domains, and design assets.
  • Contribute creative ideas to branding and marketing communications, helping to strengthen the organization’s digital and physical presence.
  • Work onsite in a collaborative environment, participating in regular communication and feedback loops to keep projects on track.
  • Manage priorities in a fast-paced setting, balancing multiple web, SEO, and design projects simultaneously.
Essential Skills
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience designing and updating websites across multiple domains.
  • Strong search engine optimization capabilities, including keyword strategy, metadata management, ranking tactics, and site performance optimization, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • At least 1 year of digital graphic design experience, with the ability to create high-quality visuals for web and marketing use.
  • Demonstrated experience in web content creation and management.
  • A portfolio showcasing web design and graphic design work, required for consideration.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with marketing leadership and team members.
  • High attention to detail and consistency when managing large volumes of web assets and design files.
  • Ability to start quickly and work onsite Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Exceptional written communication skills for authoring and refining website content.
  • Experience with physical design assets, such as booth layouts, cabinet graphics, and other environmental or print design projects.
  • Background in print design and marketing communications.
  • No formal degree required; qualification is based on portfolio quality and professional experience.
  • Interest in working on cutting-edge physical security solutions that protect utilities, government facilities, commercial sites, and schools.
  • Motivation to take ownership of a large-scale digital ecosystem and contribute creatively across both digital and physical design initiatives.
Work Environment

This is a full-time, onsite role based in Jupiter, FL, with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The environment is fast-paced yet laid-back, with a collaborative marketing culture that emphasizes a positive, people-focused atmosphere and strong work–life balance.
