  • Architect large scale, automated data analytics processing for efficiency and quality.
  • Define data architecture blueprints, and metadata management approaches.
  • Partner with product, engineering, and data centralization teams across the Health vertical to migrate existing data pipelines, dashboards, automations, and reports into the centralized framework.
  • Develop and enforce data standards, governance, and modeling best practices across multiple business units.
  • Evaluate and recommend data technologies, tools, and platforms to support large-scale data integration and analytics needs.
  • Provide perspective and recommendations regarding on-prem vs. external cloud-based data base processing for different use cases and applications from a technical, support, and cost perspective.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Health brands to ensure alignment of data initiatives with business goals.
  • Work closely with Data Engineering teams to guide implementation, ensuring architecture designs are executed effectively.
  • Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and privacy requirements across regulated healthcare environments (e.g., HIPAA).
  • Provide leadership in data architecture design including data modeling, performance tuning and scalability planning
  • Stay up to date on industry trends to continuously improve the organization's data ecosystem.

Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or related fields.
  • Proven experience designing enterprise-scale data platforms that integrate multiple products and affiliates.
  • Strong expertise in data modeling, ETL/ELT pipelines, and modern data warehouse/lakehouse solutions (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
  • Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and related services.
  • Knowledge of data governance, metadata management, and master data management.
  • Experience with compliance and privacy regulations (HIPAA, GDPR preferred).
  • Experience in healthcare data ecosystems (clinical data, claims data, provider/consumer platforms).
  • Hands-on experience with marketing and media data and platforms (Google, Adobe, SFMC)
  • Hands-on experience with real-time/streaming data architectures (Kafka, Kinesis, etc.).
  • Understanding of data science and machine learning platform integration.
  • Strong ability to collaborate across teams and verticals to drive alignment on architecture strategy.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to engage executives, business teams, and engineers alike.

Preferred Skills
  • Experience working in organizations with multiple brands or affiliate structures, integrating disparate data systems.
