We are recruiting for an Associate Consultant, Conferences, Events and Webinars for our Marketing team.

This is an opportunity to apply your expertise to the end-to-end planning, execution, and performance measurement of marketing-managed conferences, events, and webinars in support of Segal's brand, revenue and client engagement objectives. You will manage logistics, vendor coordination, timelines, budgets, and performance reporting for multiple concurrent initiatives, ensuring consistent, highquality onsite and virtual experiences.

In this role you will apply your creativity, innovative and strategic thinking to drive engagement, support revenue objectives, and enhance Segal's mission of providing trusted advice that improves lives. Responsibilities will include:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute conferences, events, and/or webinars, managing initiatives endtoend from planning through postevent reporting, including proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies and industry standards.

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans and timelines to ensure 100% of assigned events are delivered on schedule.

  • Coordinate all event logistics, including venues or virtual platforms, vendors, speakers, registrations, materials, and onsite or virtual execution.

  • Develop, manage, and reconcile event and webinar budgets, ensuring delivery within approved budgets.

  • Define, implement, and track campaign KPIs (e.g., registrations, attendance, engagement, cost per attendee) and deliver timely postevent performance reports.

  • Manage, maintain and expand the usefulness of our event tracking database, Segal Event Tracking Application (SETA).

  • Collaborate with marketing directors on annual planning for Marketing-managed conferences, events, and webinars.

  • Develop and manage a promotional merchandise strategy aligned with Segal's brand, mission, vision, and values.

  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience performing in roles demonstrating ability to assume the key responsibilities of this role. This includes managing multiple marketing initiatives designed to develop broad exposure to the key elements of marketing strategy, planning, program development and execution.

  • Strong project management and analytical skills, technical orientation, creative, organized and detail orientation, results driven.

  • Expert knowledge of marketing-related best practices and other relevant industry standard metrics to evaluate and improve performance.

  • Undergraduate degree in marketing or related discipline highly preferred.

  • Competent working in project management software, Asana preferred

  • Passionate attention to detail and quality with strong Microsoft office skills.

  • Familiarity with generative AI tools (e.g., Copilot) is a plus.
