Role : BI Reporting - Data Operations Lead 
Location: Detroit MI – Onsite 
Duration : Long Term 
Must take calls on Saturday with engineers. 

Skills - WebFOCUS, Qlik (Must)
Domain – Property and Casualty Insurance domain (Must)

Exposure to Databricks platforms is a plus 

Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced BI Reporting & Data Operations Analyst with strong expertise in WebFOCUS reporting, Qlik analytics, and Insurance domain knowledge. The ideal candidate will support high-priority reporting requests, perform data analysis, validate business reports, and contribute to ongoing BI/Data Warehouse initiatives. This role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on reporting experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production support environment with minimal ramp-up time.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, enhance, and support WebFOCUS reports and dashboards for business users.
Handle high-priority reporting requests requiring immediate analysis and quick turnaround.
Perform LS report validation activities for CPP/GL processes.
Support BI Data Operations and ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.
Work closely with business stakeholders, data teams, and project managers to gather and analyze reporting requirements.
Collaborate with Data Warehouse teams to support reporting and analytics initiatives.
Troubleshoot reporting issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide production support.
Support ongoing LS development projects and ensure continuity of business operations.
Participate in testing, validation, and deployment activities for reporting solutions.
Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience with WebFOCUS reporting and dashboard development.
Experience working with Qlik/QlikView/Qlik Sense reporting solutions.
Good understanding of Data Warehouse concepts and BI reporting processes.
Experience in production support and handling critical reporting requests.
Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
