The Role

We are looking for a driven, multidisciplinary Designer to join our creative team. This is a role for someone who is as ambitious as they are talented you bring both big-picture thinking and pixel-perfect craft to every project. You will work across a range of digital and brand touchpoints, collaborating with strategists, writers, and developers to push ideas from concept to execution.

A broad talent stack is a real advantage here. If you shoot, edit, illustrate, animate, or explore emerging mediums like AR/VR, we want to know about it.


This is an onsite role based at our Milwaukee, WI office, with a hybrid schedule of three days in-office per week (Monday through Wednesday).


What Youll Do

  • Concept and execute design work across digital, social, web, and brand campaigns
  • Design mobile-first and responsive website layouts that are both beautiful and functional
  • Bring motion to digital assets including animated banners, social content, and interactive media
  • Collaborate closely with strategists, writers, and developers to deliver cohesive creative
  • Contribute to projects at every stage from early ideation through final production
  • Bring your full talent stack to the table: photography, illustration, video editing, AR/VR, and more
  • Stay current on design trends, digital platforms, and emerging technologies


What Were Looking For

Core Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Proven design ability across both concept and craft a portfolio that demonstrates range and quality
  • Strong digital experience: web, social, display, and digital campaigns
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Working knowledge of Figma; experience with Webflow is a plus
  • Understanding of HTML/CSS fundamentals
  • Experience designing for and working within ad platforms (Google, Meta, Amazon)
