Job Description:
We are seeking a Technical Specialist with extensive experience in networking technologies and Audio Visual systems, particularly with Cisco Webex. The ideal candidate will understand networking infrastructure and have hands-on experience with Webex Boards and related connectivity. This role involves technical analysis, gathering requirements, and providing systems support while ensuring high-quality documentation and training materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform technical analysis of existing network/Webex infrastructure.
  • Gather and define business, functional, and technical requirements for Cisco Webex.
  • Install, configure, and test IT infrastructure components and systems.
  • Create technical documentation and training materials.
  • Review technical deliverables for large-scale projects.

Required Technical Skills:

  • In-depth understanding of networking technologies and Audio Visual integration.
  • Extensive experience with Cisco Webex setup and support.
