The Instructional Systems Technologist II (IST II) joins an energetic Instructional Systems & Technology Team in their mission to provide advanced level support for meeting/collaboration space technologies, and development of technology enhanced training initiatives.

    • Minimum Qualifications
      • Bachelor's degree or other appropriate technical area qualification, or combination of technical education, training and experience.
    • Preferred Qualifications
      • A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in audiovisual, media technology, Instructional Design, or computer science related field.
      • CTS preferred; AQAV CQD a plus.
  • Experience
    • Minimum Qualifications
      • 3-5 years of directly related experience.
      • Video conferencing solutions, such as Cisco telepresence systems, Webex Meetings, Webex Teams, or Zoom.
      • Media control and monitoring systems, (e.g., Crestron), codecs, switchers, and audio DSPs.
      • Strong technical experience with Windows 7/11, Mac OS X, and iOS operating systems.
    • Preferred Qualifications
      • 5+ years of experience designing, support, and integrating AV systems and equipment.
      • Ability to reach and comprehend AV system drawings, specifications, technical manuals as well as (wall elevations, RCP's, room layouts, system schematics, etc).
      • Network protocols and technologies.
      • Strong technical experience using digital media equipment, video creation, and editing software.
