Key Responsibilities
Define implement and continuously improve testing processes and methodologies across the Software Development Life Cycle SDLCActively participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning daily standups and testing strategy discussions
Perform API validation using Postman and Rest Assured to ensure comprehensive endtoend coverage
Manage defects and enforce Quality Governance using Jira and PractiTest
Design develop and maintain a modern intelligent test automation framework utilizing Selenium WebdriverIO Playwright and programming languages such as Java and Python
Integrate automated tests into CICD pipelines using Git and Harness
Leverage SQL for effective test data management and validation
Promote best practices in quality engineering
Apply AIpowered tools and techniques to enhance testing efficiency and coverage
Required Qualifications
7 years of handson experience in Software Quality Assurance with at least 23 years in a senior role
Strong understanding of software QA fundamentals and the full SDLC
Proven expertise with test management tools PractiTest preferred and defect tracking Jira
Solid experience in API testing with Postman and Rest Assured
Proficiency in building scalable automation frameworks using Selenium WebdriverIO Playwright Java and Python
Experience integrating tests into CICD pipelines Git GitLab Harness
Working knowledge of SQL and data analytics
Excellent communication collaboration and leadership skills
Working knowledge of AI applications in testing'
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 70000 to 100000
