Job Description

Administrator role processes account, code and record re-open requests in L-Hospira TrackWise Global Event Management System (GEMS) and extract data from SAP QTS Data Warehouse. Contractor must be familiar with TrackWise (scope, query, export) functions. Role will interact with global users and provide troubleshooting for both systems. Role will perform weekly monitoring of GEMS records and assist in the archival of legacy CAPA system.

Qualifications

Minimal Years of Experience 1-3.
