HOW A WEB DEVELOPER WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE:

  • Support and create web design, development, production, testing and troubleshooting projects of medium to high complexity. Websites may incorporate multiple learning objects such as readings, photographs, video surveys and assessments.
  • Follow standards and procedures in the production and distribution of work products. Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team that generates economies and fast delivery schedules.
  • Design and produce a wide range of communications and products for IT applications/systems.
  • Recommend strategies to sharpen communications themes for IT applications/systems.
  • Create videos in support of training courses for virtual distribution.
  • Create training and continuing education graphics materials.
  • Design and produce original illustrations, charts, schematics, placemat products.
  • Plan, coordinate and develop graphics in support of IT applications/systems.
  • Develop original, innovative graphic designs, formats. Templates, and standards.
  • Apply the principles of typography, color theory design content, and aesthetics and composition to incorporate into IT applications/systems and associated training material.
  • Design identity, iconography, artist concepts, and three-dimensional exhibit and display design.
  • Adhere to established technical production and quality control standards and guidelines.
  • Test products, including Web and online, for display and operability.

    The likely salary range for this position is $214,776 - $290,580. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
