The Ultra Web Operator role at our Frankfort, IN location involves working collaboratively to assemble filtration products in an innovative, team-oriented environment. This is a 3rd shift on-site position, with hours from 10:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Recognize and understand the operations and machines involved with the media process

  • Produce media within acceptable quality and quantity standards as stated in the prints and/or route sheets

  • Perform quality checks and tests as assigned

  • Follow first piece and set-up sheets, Monitoring production rates

  • Complete all applicable paperwork - scrap report, media usage sheet, media testing sheet, oil runs, etc.

  • Performs machine change over

  • Perform preventative maintenance on all assigned equipment

  • Comply with all DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies and procedures

  • Use all designated Personal Protective Equipment as required

  • While this list is representative of essential job duties, it is not an all-inclusive list of duties required to perform this role. Other duties may be assigned in order to fulfill Donaldson's mission, vision and strategic plan objectives.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Exhibit mechanical aptitude

  • Equipment such as gages, calipers, indicators, scales, and tape measures

  • Ability to use computer and understand basic math principles

  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds from a squat level lift from the floor to the waist, a shoulder level lift to 60 inches at 35 pounds, a horizontal lift and carry for 10 feet, lift up to 50 pounds with the assistance of another employee

  • A combination of education and experience, generally acquired through the attainment of a high school diploma, or equivalent plus a minimum of two years of trade school or qualified work experience

Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, including but not limited to applicable work experience, training, education, and performance.
