Responsibilities of the RN:

  • Monitor patient's condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice
  • Oversite of Caregivers in field
  • Adjust and administer patient's medication and provide treatments according to physician's orders
  • Document according to standards of practice and policy
  • Teaching opportunities
  • Foster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families
  • Provides appropriate support to pharmacists in Pharmacy and clinic setting

Requirements for RN:

  • Current RN license in the state of Oregon
  • CPR certified
  • Minimum one (1) year of documented RN experience
  • Excellent references
  • Access to a computer or smart phone for web-based scheduling
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass background check, driving record, drug screen, physical and TB test
  • Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
