Position Summary: The Supervisor, Marketing is responsible for supporting the Marketing leadership team in coordinating and executing marketing programs across all business units and channels. They serve as the operational hub for daily marketing execution-ensuring projects, campaigns, and creative deliverables move forward on time, within scope, and aligned with SIG SAUER's brand and business objectives. Working closely with managers and directors across departments, the Supervisor, Marketing helps translate strategic plans into organized, actionable workflows that drive consistency, communication, and performance across the entire marketing function. This position requires 4-6 years of Marketing experience. They collaborate with Commercial and Defense Product Management, leadership, Marketing channels, Finance, Compliance, Sales (all divisions), Customer Service, and Operations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a communication link between marketing leadership and other departments, ensuring alignment and accountability.
  • Manage routing of creative assets, review cycles, and approvals across teams to maintain workflow efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Digital and Social Media teams to ensure alignment in messaging, timing, and visual identity across platforms.
  • Support the planning and rollout of paid media, email, and web campaigns in coordination with internal and external teams.
  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns and programs across multiple brands, product lines, and customer channels.
  • Translate marketing direction from leadership into clear tasks, timelines, and deliverables for team members and partners.
  • Maintain and update project management systems, calendars, and reporting dashboards for active marketing initiatives.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for marketing projects, vendor coordination, and partner programs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including Creative, Digital, Social Media, Events, Product, and Sales, to ensure timely project delivery and consistent brand representation. Assist in the coordination of product launches, promotions, events, and brand activations.
  • Track performance metrics, campaign results, and key deliverables to provide regular status updates to leadership. Collect campaign analytics and feedback to support reporting and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to the development of improved processes, templates, and documentation to support operational efficiency across the marketing department.
  • Travel frequently to support hosted events, trade shows, and cross-site activations. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required during event periods.
  • Address employee concerns in an efficient and fair manner.
  • Provide clear and consistent feedback to all employees in a timely manner, documenting performance, and recognizing and rewarding employees for striving for excellence.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to employees.
  • Communicate with employees regarding career progression and through these discussions identify opportunities to develop future leaders of the organization.
  • Maintain communication between employees and leadership to ensure procedures and policies are well-understood.
  • Interview, select, and properly train new hires.
  • May lead and actively volunteer for Continuous Improvement projects/tasks.
  • Lead problem solving teams for driving to root cause of internal and external quality failures, particularly related to prevention of customer escapes.
  • Participate in and sustain 5S Standards.
  • Must follow all required Safety and ISO procedures.
  • Miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Education/Experience & Skills:
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing and 4-6 years of Marketing experience.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Clear, confident communication and writing skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft, Monday.com, Canva, social media tools, analytics tools, and email platforms preferred.
  • Must be able to clearly, concisely, and accurately convey ideas and information to others, both verbally and in written form.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working at a computer using a keyboard and mouse performing repetitive tasks.
  • Ability to open file cabinets, reach with hands and arms, bend, and twist, lift and move files.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) where required.
  • Must comply with all work exposure EH&S training requirements and adhere to SIG SAUER Inc. Security Mandates.
