Job description

Overview Employment in this role is conditional upon successful execution of the contract by the client. The Work The Programmer/Web Developer is responsible for developing custom solutions and making modifications/enhancements to applications to meet emerging program needs and improve the efficiency of existing processes. This role will work closely with program offices, subject matter experts and end users to gather, organize, and document project requirements throughout the development process. This position will actively engage with SharePoint Administrator(s) to provide technical support for SharePoint based custom applications, to include building workflows and automating processes. This position aligns with Cayuse's core values of Innovation, Excellence, Collaboration, Adaptability, and Integrity by fostering technical solutions that meet customer needs, promoting teamwork, and prioritizing quality in deliverables. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities * Provide programming support to build and modify custom applications.
  • Assists Programmer team members with standard in-house utility tools and interactive components.
  • Configure, integrate, test, implement, and validate new features and applications based on documented project requirements.
  • Collaborate with other programmers to translate requirements into customized solutions.
  • Build workflows and custom solutions using PowerApps and Power Automate/Flow.
  • Assist with creating fully deployable solutions, developing project plans, drafting SOPs/user guides, and providing technical training as needed.
  • Leverage the integration of Microsoft 365 applications (to include Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, etc.) with SharePoint to increase efficiency and develop new processes

Qualifications Qualifications - Here's What You Need The qualifications and skills listed below are intended to provide a general overview of the requirements for this position. Must possess a high school diploma, bachelor's degree preferred or relevant certifications.
  • Experience in an enterprise collaborative environment.
  • Experience with front-end web development.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online and Power Platform Applications.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS, including audio & video elements and SVG.
  • Familiarity with CSV, XML, and JSON.
  • Experience with basic database interactions (MS Access, SQL, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of objected oriented programming language (i.e., JavaScript).
  • Secret Clearnce is required.
  • Due to the nature of work at the client's site, U.S. Citizenship is required.
Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment. Minimum Skills: Excellent writing and analytical skills to include data visualization.
