What you will do
A4 Associate Manager, Sales Operations, Self Care/ Skin Health/ Analytics
Kenvue is recruiting for an Associate Manager, Sales Operations, Self Care/ Skin Health/ Analytics located in Summit, NJ.
The Associate Manager, Sales Operations provides support to Customer Based teams by working with cross functional business partners focusing on timely, transparent, and accurate supply constrained communications. The incumbent will also be responsible to an assigned business area regarding supply, operational change management, allocations, excess inventory, and product transitions to support customers' needs and fair access. The incumbent will be responsible for the analysis of data, development of communication on supply outlooks, execution of MFP Policy and support the Bridging Process. In addition to any support needed by the Customer Strategy leadership to facilitate the communication between Customer Teams and Squads.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Captures data and information, develops proposals to facilitates the flow of information between Sales, Delivery & Supply Chain to best meet customer product supply needs.
  • Leads cross-functional collaboration to ensure accurate, transparent communication of short- and long-term supply outlooks and related tools
  • Responsible for execution of MFP Policy enforcement.
  • Responds in a timely manner to field inquiries and proactively keeps the sales organization updated through timely communication of supply issues.
  • Represents "voice of customer" internally to brand partners.
  • Aligns across multiple functional groups at all levels for assigned area/projects.
  • Communicates meaningful brand activity to all pertinent field members to ensure action steps are taken accordingly and capitalized on throughout the assigned customer base.
  • Identifies and drives efficiencies by collaborating with cross-functional partners within information management systems and processes.
  • Leads root cause analysis to understand drivers of supply volatility, excess inventory, and service failures; partner with cross functional teams to design and implement corrective actions.
  • Support the Bridging Process and execution which support retailers needs for POG resets for discontinued codes.
  • Interprets market intelligence data in relation to trends, risks and opportunities.
  • Is aware of all the relevant business processes and requirements related to pricing, trade promotions and inventory management.
  • Provide analytical insights to support product transitions, lifecycle management, and change management processes, ensuring data driven communication and risk mitigation plans.
  • Always follows company policy and procedure.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Background & Education:
    • 4-yr degree or equivalent
    • 4 + years including prior experience in direct customer sales, business analytics, or supply chain is required
    • Prior experience in consumer package goods preferred
  • Required Skills/Abilities:
    • Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, complex matrix, changing environment
    • Ability to influence decision-makers up and down one or more levels, with and without direct authority, to ensure a fully aligned customer/company business plan
    • Demonstrate strong leadership, effective communication, and negotiation skills
    • Ability to devise and deliver persuasive presentations, based on data-driven insights and facts, to gain support for business strategies and/or initiatives
    • Ability to complete projects and follow processes to deliver results including volume achievements
    • Ability to plan and execute strategies and tactics to support broader company and brand objectives
    • Ability to identify and assess risk and prioritize competing demand
    • Strong computer skills, including MS Office Suite applications, database information sources and web applications
  • Proven self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive results in ambiguous, fast-paced, and minimally structured environments.
