About the Role:

As our Press Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, adjusting, operating, and maintaining a web offset printing press while ensuring high-quality production and efficiency. You will work closely with your team in a fast-paced environment and receive training to advance your career.

  • Set up, adjust, and operate web offset printing presses
  • Install plates and blankets to ensure high-quality output
  • Make necessary color or register adjustments
  • Replace press rollers using hand tools
  • Troubleshoot and maintain press equipment for optimal performance
What We’re Looking For:

  • Mechanical Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and perform minor mechanical adjustments on equipment

  • Technical Expertise: Thorough knowledge of web offset printing presses

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong troubleshooting ability and attention to detail

  • Communication & Leadership: Strong teamwork skills, leadership experience preferred

  • Industry Knowledge: DMP, RLI, and COMN experience desired

Physical & Technical Requirements:

  • Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 20-50 lbs. occasionally and 10-25 lbs. frequently

  • Endurance: Must be able to stand for the entire shift (12 hours)

  • Technical Skills: Ability to read job tickets, perform maintenance, read a micrometer, and use basic math & computer skills
