As GALLO's Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist for Orin Swift, you will serve as a strategic partner helping shape digital experiences across a dynamic luxury portfolio, driving initiatives that connect brand storytelling with measurable business outcomes. In this role, you will play a critical part in elevating eCommerce performance by building engaging website journeys, optimizing content, and delivering innovative digital campaigns across multiple channels.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners including brand marketing, DTC, creative, analytics, and IT teams to bring integrated campaigns to life. From email marketing and CRM execution to website merchandising and landing page development, you'll ensure each touchpoint contributes to a seamless and personalized consumer experience.
Success in this role means continuously testing, learning, and refining. You will lead A/B testing initiatives, analyze campaign performance, and uncover new opportunities to enhance the customer journey. Your ability to translate data into actionable insights will help improve engagement, conversion, and overall brand impact.
Staying ahead of digital trends and emerging technologies, you will recommend innovative solutions that push the business forward. Whether optimizing CRM programs, improving database health, or collaborating with agencies to execute best-in-class content strategies, your work will directly influence how consumers experience and engage with our brands online.
What You'll Need
  • Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of digital, online/web marketing or e-commerce experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of Gallo Marketing or IT experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 7 years of digital, online/web marketing or e-commerce experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Experience in various types of campaigns such as promotional marketing and/or automated email marketing programs (triggers, journeys, drip campaigns).
  • Experience with creative strategy and messaging communications planning.
  • Experience creating, deploying and maintaining campaigns in CRM management platforms/marketing automation tools.
  • Must have previous experience in e-commerce, digital and/or B2C marketing at a brand or agency.
  • Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

How You'll Stand Out
  • Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of email or digital/e-commerce marketing experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 8 years of email or digital/e-commerce marketing experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Basic understanding of responsive email coding using HTML and CSS and comfortable working with tracking parameters.
  • Experience with deployment and execution of SMS and push notification campaigns.
  • Familiarity with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act), and CAN-SPAN regulations.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, creating complex segmentation for multiple audiences and developing and executing A/B tests
  • Knowledge of SQL and/or AMPscript.
