Expert Bootstrap knowledgeย 
Solid understanding on Mobile App development and ionic frameworksย 
Expert Level Object Oriented PHP5ย 
Expert Level SQL, specifically Oracle and MySQL flavorsย 
Experience architecting web applications through the full life cycleย 
Ability to hand code HTML and CSS without a WYSIWYG editorย 
Excellent JavaScript skills, preferably with a framework like jQueryย 
Ability to communicate clearly with users verbally and through documentationย 
Desirable Skillsย 
Experience with Flash, Flex, and ActionScript 3.0ย 
HTML5; CSS3ย 
Familiarity with Java/JSP web developmentย 
Familiarity with .NET web developmentย 
Experience with version control systems (CVS or SVN)ย 
Prior work experience in telecommunications environment
