Raison d’être du po ste

Relevant de la partenaire d’affaires ressources humaines du site d’attache, le stagiaire devra épauler les partenaires d’affaires ressources humaines et le/la conseillère en acquisition de talents, au niveau du recrutement, des activités du cycle RH et de la communication.

responsabilités

  • Participer, en collaboration avec la Conseillère en acquisition de talents et les Partenaires d’affaires RH, au cycle complet d’acquisition de talent (descriptions de poste, affichages, tri de CV, entrevues téléphoniques, planification des tests de pré-embauche, etc.) ;
  • Participer au développement de stratégies de recrutement propres à l’organisation;
  • Jouer un rôle clé pour attirer les meilleurs candidats, sur les différentes plateformes;
  • Publier les offres d’emploi sur les plateformes électroniques et les réseaux sociaux;
  • Participer à la coordination des différentes activités de recrutement (salons de l’emploi, évènements dans les écoles, etc.);
  • Participer à divers projets en lien avec les activités du cycle RH (évaluation de rendement, formations, accueil, etc);
  • Aider à la planification du calendrier annuel de communication;
  • En collaboration avec les gestionnaires, le/la conseillère en acquisition de talents et les partenaires d’affaires ressources humaines, participer à l’accueil et l’intégration des nouveaux employés.

Scolarité requise

  • Baccalauréat en ressources humaines ou relations industrielles en cours ;
  • Stage obligatoire pour l’obtention du baccalauréat ;

Position Purpose

Reporting to the Human Resources Business Partner at the assigned site, the Human Resources Intern will support the HR Business Partners and the Talent Acquisition Advisor in recruitment, HR cycle activities, and internal communications.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Talent Acquisition Advisor and HR Business Partners throughout the full recruitment cycle, including job description preparation, job postings, resume screening, phone interviews, pre-employment testing coordination, and related activities.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment strategies tailored to the organization's needs.
  • Play a key role in attracting top talent across various recruitment platforms.
  • Publish job postings on online job boards and social media platforms.
  • Assist in coordinating recruitment activities such as job fairs, campus events, and other hiring initiatives.
  • Participate in various Human Resources projects related to the employee lifecycle, including performance evaluations, training, onboarding, and employee orientation.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of the annual internal communications calendar.
  • In collaboration with managers, the Talent Acquisition Advisor, and HR Business Partners, support the onboarding and integration of new employees.
Job Requirements Education
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
  • Internship must be a mandatory requirement for completion of the Bachelor's degree.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and web-based recruitment tools.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a high level of accuracy.
