Job description

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Website Ownership

  • Own the day-to-day management of Kaleris.com - publishing and updating content, designing and managing page structure, and maintaining site health.
  • Serve as the primary administrator of the CMS platform (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, or Drupal), managing user permissions, plugins/modules, and platform updates.
  • Implement front-end changes using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; collaborate with developers for more complex builds or integrations.
  • Monitor and optimize site performance - page speed, Core Web Vitals, uptime, and mobile responsiveness - and resolve issues proactively.
  • Manage DNS, SSL certificates, domain records, hosting configurations, and third-party tag/script integrations.
  • Own on-page GEO / SEO execution: metadata, URL structures, internal linking, schema markup, JSON implementation, and technical GEO / SEO best practices.
  • Partner with demand generation and content teams to launch landing pages, campaign pages, and A/B tests on time and to spec.
  • Ensure website accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1 AA) and adherence to data privacy requirements (GDPR, CCPA).

Marketing Technology Stack

  • Own and administer the full marketing technology stack - including MAP (HubSpot or Marketo), CRM (Salesforce), chat/conversational tools, intent data platforms, SEO tools, and analytics infrastructure.
  • Evaluate, procure, onboard, and sunset martech tools in partnership with Marketing leadership and IT; maintain a current martech map and renewal calendar.
  • Manage all website-to-CRM and MAP integrations - forms, progressive profiling, lead routing, and data sync - ensuring clean, complete lead data flows into Salesforce.
  • Own tag management (Google Tag Manager or similar) and ensure accurate, complete tracking across all marketing touchpoints.
  • Build and maintain analytics dashboards (GA4, Looker Studio, or similar) that give Marketing and Sales visibility into web performance, lead volume, and funnel conversion.
  • Partner with demand generation on campaign setup, UTM governance, attribution modeling, and ROI reporting.
  • Govern martech data quality - deduplication, field mapping, list hygiene, and compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Evaluate and integrate AI-powered tools for personalization, predictive scoring, content optimization, chat, and site search.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and support escalations for all marketing technology platforms.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Web Development, Computer Science, Digital Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 4-6 years of experience owning a corporate or B2B website and marketing technology stack end-to-end.
  • Exceptional copy writing skills with experience creating, editing, and managing web copy that is audience-focused and aligned with SEO, GEO and organizational messaging.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end troubleshooting and implementation.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one enterprise CMS platform (WordPress, Webflow, Drupal, or similar).
  • Proven experience administering a marketing automation platform (HubSpot or Marketo) and CRM (Salesforce) - including integrations, workflows, and lead lifecycle management.
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Google Search Console; comfortable building reports and attribution dashboards.
  • Working knowledge of SEO best practices, including on-page optimization, technical SEO, and site architecture.
  • Working knowledge of GEO/AEO best practices, including content structuring, schema markup and JSON implementation.
  • Ability to manage hosting infrastructure, DNS, SSL, and third-party integrations independently.
  • Strong project management and vendor management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills - able to translate technical concepts for non-technical marketing and sales partners.

Preferred Qualifications

  • HubSpot or Marketo certification(s); Salesforce experience, including campaign influence and lead-to-opportunity reporting.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization tools (Optimizely, VWO, or similar).
  • Experience with intent data platforms (6sense, Bombora, or similar) and/or account-based marketing tools.
  • Basic graphic design skills - ability to conceptualize, produce and optimize web-ready visual assets.
  • Experience with version control and deployment workflows (Git/GitHub, CI/CD pipelines).
  • Experience working in a B2B SaaS or technology company environment.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for SEO, personalization, content generation, or predictive analytics (e.g., Surfer SEO, Mutiny, Jasper, or similar).

Ownership and AI Mindset

This is not a support role - it is an ownership role. We are looking for someone who treats the website and the martech stack as their product: setting the roadmap, making the trade-offs, driving outcomes, and holding the line on quality and data integrity. If you thrive when you have full accountability over a system that directly impacts revenue, this role is for you.
At Kaleris, we view AI as a useful co-pilot, not a replacement for craft. We expect our Web & Marketing Technology Manager to actively experiment with and incorporate AI tools into their daily workflow.

Kaleris is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
