About The Role:

As the Sales Manager, you will drive sales and profitability goals, coach and develop our sales team, and support the Store Manager in maintaining smooth daily operations. Your leadership will ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional, memorable experience.

What you will be doing each day:

  • Managing all departments in the showroom as directed by the Store Manager
  • Reviewing sales including margins, volume, KPIs, and SPG while suggesting future goals
  • Hiring, Training, Coaching and Leading the sales team in your store
  • Assisting the Store Manager with escalated guest items
  • Ensuring complete and accurate documentation for sales process
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Motivating the sales team to meet or exceed sales goals and quotas
  • Conducting regular performance evaluations for the sales team and providing feedback for improvement

We are looking for individuals with:

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree from accredited university, preferred not required
  • Minimum 4 years experience managing in a retail environment preferred
  • Ability to influence without formal authority
  • Demonstrated experience in managing time and workload successfully
  • Passion for selling and developing sales team members
  • Passion for recruiting and sourcing talent with a willingness to think outside the box
  • A love of challenges, ability to produce results in a dynamic environment, demonstrate flexibility and respond quickly to challenges
  • Proven background in accomplishing sales goals and KPIs
  • Ability to delivery high-quality results in a timely manner individually and through others
  • Desire to grow professionally by actively staying up-to-date in areas of expertise.
  • Ability to maintain confidence and professionalism when navigating through ambiguous and complex situations.
