What Youโ€™ll Do

As a Sales Support specialist for Cabinets, you will serve as the primary cabinetry design expert for your location. You will provide detailed product information, promote installation services, and recommend specific plans that match customer needs. Your role involves managing the full project lifecycleโ€”including lead generation, design, order entry, and vendor communicationโ€”to ensure every project is completed successfully.

Design & Sales Activities

  • Develop professional layout designs utilizing 20/20 CAD software to meet customer requirements.
  • Promote and recommend products, plans, and installation services to match customer project needs.
  • Generate new leads and engage in active sales activities to drive business growth.
  • Inform customers on pricing, available options, and the current status of pending orders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a high level of satisfaction.

Order & Project Management

  • Enter and manage new quotes and orders accurately within the company system.
  • Coordinate the successful completion of complex cabinetry projects and orders.
  • Communicate directly with vendors regarding order placement, tracking, and status updates.
  • Track and fulfill orders while proactively resolving any issues that may arise during the process.
  • Maintain exceptional customer service standards throughout every interaction.

Safety & Compliance

  • Follow all safety processes in accordance with company, state, and federal regulations.
  • Report all safety issues and workplace injuries immediately to the Manager.
  • Protect company values by maintaining the strict confidentiality of financial information and business plans.
  • Complete additional duties as assigned by management to support store operations.

Qualifications

  • Technical Skills: Professional experience with 20/20 CAD Design software is required.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to perform occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs.
  • Travel: Willingness to perform occasional local travel within Southeastern Wisconsin as needed.
  • Reporting: Ability to work effectively under the direction of the Cabinetry Sales Manager.
