Job description

Wedgwood Christian Services is seeking a creative, analytical Digital Marketing & Web Strategist to lead and strengthen our digital presence. This position manages website strategy and development, digital advertising, SEO, marketing automation, analytics, and CRM integrations while ensuring consistent and impactful communication across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and enhance Wedgwood's website, including functionality, updates, landing pages, and user experience.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing, advertising, SEO, and Google Ads strategies.
  • Analyze website, advertising, keyword, and social media performance to identify opportunities and improve results.
  • Lead automated marketing and segmented communication initiatives.
  • Partner with Marketing, Advancement, IT, and external vendors on campaigns, CRM integrations, and digital projects.
  • Create digital advertising content, including messaging and visuals.
  • Support A/V, streaming, organizational events, and other department initiatives.
  • Monitor Wedgwood's online presence and help maintain brand consistency and reputation.
  • Provide regular updates on project progress, performance, and next steps.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, web development, advertising, communications, or a related field.
  • At least three years of relevant experience in digital marketing, website management, marketing automation, advertising, or analytics.
  • Experience with website management and development tools; WordPress experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO practices, and social media management tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop effective digital campaigns, analyze performance, and adjust strategies to improve results.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to take initiative, work independently, and collaborate across departments.
  • Photography, videography, and editing experience preferred.
