As Business Development Director, you'll be instrumental in leading our commercial growth in the US. This is a senior, strategic role where you'll drive new business and build high-value relationships with brands and partners. You'll work closely with our Director of International to help shape and evolve our sales strategy as we scale in the US market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the identification and closure of new business opportunities to exceed sales targets
  • Own and grow the US sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and some inbound activity
  • Conduct face-to-face and virtual meetings with senior stakeholders, presenting tailored solutions
  • Develop compelling proposals and presentations that reflect our strategic value
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client transitions and long-term success
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to inform outreach and positioning

What We're Looking For
  • Extensive B2B sales experience, ideally within a digital agency or marketing agency
  • Proven success selling SEO, PPC, or broader digital marketing services
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify and maximise opportunities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Confidence engaging with senior decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Passion for digital marketing solutions
