We are looking for a skilled React Developer with a strong front-end foundation to build scalable, high-performance web applications as part of a large, cross-functional team.

Job Description
  • Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React 18+, leveraging modern features such as hooks, concurrent rendering, and component‑driven architecture.
  • Build reusable, performant UI components and integrate with backend APIs using modern JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
  • Apply best‑practice state management (Redux Toolkit, Context API, Zustand) and frontend architecture.
  • Implement and monitor application telemetry using tools like Application Insights/OpenTelemetry to track errors, usage, and performance.
  • Analyze and contribute to KPI reviews, including Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP), page performance, and user engagement metrics.
  • Optimize applications for performance using techniques such as lazy loading, code splitting, and memoization.
  • Collaborate in an agile team environment, ensuring high‑quality code through testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library) and code reviews.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain modern web applications using React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
