Role Overview
Brown RISD Hillel (BRH) is seeking a detail-oriented part-time (25 hrs/week) Administration Coordinator to help oversee various processes for our award-winning, fast growing non-profit. Reporting to the Development & Administration Manager the Administration Coordinator oversees day-to-day accounting tasks as well as data entry in our donation management system, Little Green Light. What You'll Do
Financial Coordination
  • Process income and expenses, answer coding questions from the offsite bookkeeping team.

Fundraising Support
  • Accurately enter gift and donor details into donor management system
  • Generate gift reports
On a day to day basis you will
  • Process all donation and grant details into donor management system and complete necessary follow up tasks, including monthly gift reports
  • Forward invoices/bills to appropriate location for payment
  • Code credit card transactions and respond to expense coding questions submitted through accounting client portal
  • Process student reimbursements
What You've Accomplished
  • A background in organizational coordination.
  • Comfort with computers and web or cloud-based systems is essential
  • Experience in financial administration is ideal.
  • Candidates should have at least a bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience.
