New projects begin with a kick-off meeting to gather background information, such as specific languages, coding, programming, software use, and client goals. In this position, details are important, so you can expect the standards to be high throughout all of your duties. When you start work on a project, you can expect to do a lot of code writing, testing, and retesting until you get the desired results.

You may also help with testing features, writing documentation, or learning version control systems like Git. These responsibilities are designed to help you build foundational skills, gain confidence, and gradually take on more complex projects as you grow within the team.
