Job description

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Web Developer to join our team supporting the Los Alamos National Laboratory! This position is full-time and will be based out of Los Alamos, New Mexico with hybrid flexibility.
Responsibilities
  • Support developing a new LDRD platform with front end design needs.
  • Design, format materials, coordinate and troubleshoot integration and interface issues, and ensure compliance with Laboratory Web site specifications, standards, and security policies.
  • Use and develop Laboratory templates and standards.

Requirements
  • Education & Years of Experience - Bachelor's Degree in liberal arts and 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Citizenship - To be considered, you must be a United States (U.S.) citizen due to the federal nature of the work.
  • Clearance - To be considered, you must be able to obtain and maintain a government issued clearance, if needed.
  • Highly motivated individual who is able to work well under pressure.
  • Strong background developing front ends using the Angular framework is required.

Desired Skills
  • Familiar with user experience methodologies.

The NNSA's Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL), located in Los Alamos, New Mexico, is a design laboratory responsible for the safety and reliability of the nuclear explosives package in nuclear weapons.
