Our client is looking to bring on a Junior Designer which plays a key role in the Creative department. You'll use elements like typography, illustration, and photography. You will need to have an extremely creative mind with an eye for details that can absorb visual trends and deploy them in fresh and exciting ways. Pay Range : $35-38/hr. Type : Contract (Potential to go contract-hire) Hours : Mon-Fri / 9am-5pm MT RESPONSIBILITIES Designs and produces layouts for material to be presented by visual communications media, such as magazines, newspapers, television, electronic media, and packaging Designs across a wide variety of styles that correspond to the client's needs and project requirements Interacts and collaborates with Art Directors, Creative Director, and all members of the Creative department Presents new ideas and pitches creative ideas to members of the team Partner with other creative team members and clients to create content used across a variety of platforms: web, mobile, video, and more Receptive and utilize feedback from other team members to improve REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field Strong portfolio demonstrating previous design work Experience in an internship or entry-level design role Basic understanding of the printing process, photography, illustration, and typography Strong technical skills and proven ability to use a variety of software: Photoshop, InDesign, and other graphic design applications Agency experience preferred, but not required Strong written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail #J-18808-Ljbffr
