Spherion Ocala is searching for a dynamic, full-time Web Designer to join a premier, large-scale construction team right here in Ocala, Florida (34481). Working on-site Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, this role offers an exceptional opportunity to shape a major brand’s digital footprint. Whether you are local to the Marion County area, looking to pull in from Gainesville, or open to relocating for the right career move, this position is designed for a self-starter ready to make a measurable impact on integrated marketing campaigns.

As our Web Designer, you will lead the creative charge by designing, developing, and maintaining visually stunning, user-friendly, and SEO-optimized websites. You will collaborate daily with cross-functional teams in sales, operations, and events to translate strategic business goals into engaging front-end digital experiences. From building custom WordPress themes to creating high-quality graphics and social media video content, your work will directly elevate brand awareness across both digital and print mediums. This consultative role provides an excellent creative sandbox with a stable, growth-oriented industry leader.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience shooting promotional photography and capturing on-site video content.
  • Familiarity with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere or Apple iMovie.
  • Bilingual communication competencies in Spanish.


Required Skills

  • Associate degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Marketing, or Communications (Bachelor’s preferred).
  • 2+ years of professional experience in web design, responsive layouts, and CMS template development.

  • Solid grasp of front-end development (HTML5/CSS3), UX/UI design fundamentals, and web accessibility standards.

Compensation & Benefits
