Cape Fox Corporation subsidiary Cape Fox Shared Services (CFSS) is seeking a talented Web & Graphic Design / Marketing Specialist to join our awesome Chantilly based team. The Web & Graphic Design / Marketing Specialist plays a central role in supporting and enhancing the organization's digital presence and corporate communications. This position is heavily focused on the ongoing management, maintenance, and optimization of the company's websites, along with the development of high-quality visual and marketing materials.
The ideal candidate brings strong technical proficiency in content management systems, paired with creative design capabilities and a data-informed approach to improving audience engagement.
This role reports to the Corporate Communications Department and requires a hybrid work schedule, with 1-2 days per week in the office.
The salary range (or hiring range) for this exempt position has been established at: $60,000- $80,000.
The above salary range represents the company's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. In addition, we offer a variety of benefits including company holidays, paid time off, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, as well as 401K with company match. This job will be posted until filled or withdrawn.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Lead ongoing management, maintenance, and enhancement of corporate websites, with a current focus on WordPress-based platforms
  • Create, edit, and publish website content while ensuring accuracy, usability, and alignment with brand standards
  • Manage and optimize WordPress environments, including themes, updates, security, and performance
  • Install, configure, and maintain third-party WordPress plugins to enhance functionality and user experience
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics; provide insights and recommendations to improve user engagement and expand audience reach
  • Design and develop high-quality graphics for:
    • Executive presentations
    • Media publications
    • Annual reports
    • Shareholder newsletters
    • Marketing and corporate communications materials
  • Collaborate with Corporate Communications and leadership teams to ensure consistency across all digital and print platforms
  • Support content development for marketing campaigns and corporate initiatives
  • Stay current with emerging web technologies, digital marketing trends, and design tools
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Web Design, or a related field (preferred)
  • Strong working knowledge of WordPress CMS, including site management, customization, and plugin integration (required)
  • Experience or familiarity with Google Analytics and website performance metrics (required)
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar platforms
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and web best practices is a plus
  • Prior professional experience is welcomed but not required
