About the Role
We're looking for a Visual Design Lead who drives the visual craft behind brand, web, and digital marketing work. This is a hands-on design leadership role for someone who comes from a strong graphic design background and has grown into leading visual direction across brand identities, websites, and digital campaigns.
In this role, you will translate brand and strategic direction into cohesive visual systems that perform across digital channels. You will partner closely with Creative Directors, Brand Strategy, and Web teams to ensure design execution is polished, consistent, and scalable across platforms. You'll also mentor designers and help elevate the overall quality and rigor of visual design across projects.
Your Impact
• Translate brand and strategic direction into cohesive visual identity systems across web and digital channels
• Lead visual design execution across key deliverables including brand identities, websites, landing pages, and digital marketing assets
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines, digital design systems, and visual standards that ensure consistency and scalability
• Create high-fidelity visual layouts and templates for web, presentation, and campaign work
• Guide design decisions across typography, color, composition, imagery, and motion to ensure strong brand expression across digital environments
• Collaborate closely with web developers and content teams to ensure design intent translates successfully into final build
• Present design concepts, rationale, and refinements clearly to internal teams and clients
• Mentor junior and mid-level designers through critique, design guidance, and best-practice sharing
• Support pitch work and new brand concept development through strong visual storytelling and design thinking

Qualifications
  • 5+ years working in design or advertising agency
  • Expertise in Figma
  • A strong portfolio showcasing paid social, digital marketing, UI/UX, and campaign work.
  • Experience designing with or exploring generative AI.
  • A sharp eye for typography, layout, and detail - and a love of great visual storytelling.
  • Solid understanding of how digital design translates across responsive products and platforms.
  • Collaborative energy, curiosity, and confidence - with a passion for mentoring others.

Compensation & Benefits
The expected compensation for this role is $110-120k per year. The exact salary will vary depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to skills, experience, and location.
