The Senior Web Content Producer serves as a central, experienced resource to develop and publish content on Bloomberg Industry Group marketing websites. The role supports daily web publishing operations by creating customer-facing content aligned with audience needs, business goals, and marketing initiatives. Working with content strategists, product marketers, subject matter experts, designers, and other stakeholders, this role helps translate complex information into clear, useful, and engaging web content. The position requires strong editorial judgment, experience with content management systems, working knowledge of HTML, SEO expertise, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate can balance editorial production, web operations, and competing stakeholder needs in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Collaborates with content strategists, product marketers, SEO specialists, vendors, and other stakeholders to create website content aligned with audience needs, business priorities, product launches, campaigns, and organic search opportunities.
  • Creates and updates web pages and content experiences in WordPress in accordance with brand, editorial, design, accessibility, and technical standards.
  • Writes and edits blog articles, case studies, SEO content, landing pages, and other web assets.
  • Ensures smooth web operations by troubleshooting and problem-solving content display/functionality issues as they arise.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to provide recommendations and best practices for optimal web experience.
  • Employs SEO best practices to ensure pages and URLs are optimized for organic search traffic.
  • Monitors the performance of published content using web analytics, search data, engagement metrics, and conversion data.
  • Identifies opportunities to refresh, consolidate, repurpose, or archive existing content based on performance, relevance, and business priorities.
Job Requirements:
  • Expertise using content management systems, preferably WordPress, to support marketing websites.
  • Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and web content development skills.
  • Ability to understand complex subject matter and translate it into clear, accurate, and engaging content for professional audiences.
  • Ability to manage editorial and web production workflows, coordinate stakeholder reviews, and maintain quality control.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree. A minimum of 5 years of work experience in website management, web content production, content marketing, digital publishing, or a related discipline, preferably within a B2B environment.

Compensation Range:

Compensation Range: $98,000.00-$120,000.00 Placement in the salary range will be decided upon completion of the interview process. Salary determination will be determined based on factors including but not limited to relevant experience, demonstrated skills related to the requirements of the role, education, certifications, and geographic location.
